Advanced Cold Extrusion Technology: Leveraging 15 years of R&D experience in cold extrusion connectors for aerospace communication, we fully apply theoretical modeling of metal plastic forming to mold development. Through Deform simulation modeling and 3D design, we optimize product structures and significantly extend mold lifespan.  
One-Time Extrusion Precision: The product adopts a one-time cold extrusion molding process, ensuring the housing has no draft angle and maintaining stable dimensional tolerances. Combined with precise CNC clamping, the overall integrity and assembly consistency of the component are guaranteed.  
End-to-End In-House Production: All processes, from material forming to surface treatment, are completed within our factory. Through ultrasonic surface cleaning, passivation, oxidation, and salt spray testing, the product maintains excellent corrosion resistance and performance stability even in harsh environments.

High Integration Design: Provides an integrated rear housing (including an integrated FAKA interface) solution, reducing assembly steps and enhancing structural strength and signal shielding effectiveness.  
Lightweight and High Strength: Utilizing aluminum alloy materials, the cold forging process achieves a thin-walled, high-strength housing structure, meeting the lightweight and safety requirements of vehicle cameras.  
Broad Compatibility: The product is compatible with various sensors and camera modules, suitable for multiple smart driving scenarios such as forward-view, surround-view, and in-cabin monitoring.
