    Metal grid: The metal grid tends to deform uniformly, without coarse grains, no cross-flow, no folding, no shedding of flesh, and the internal metal structure deforms uniformly

    Deformation stress and load: The deformation stress tends to be uniform deformation, and the design of the forging is reasonable. The maximum deformation load is 30 tons

    The issue of minimum base thickness: According to the metal dead zone theory; Due to the existence of metal dead zones, they will restrict the normal flow of metal and form flow marks at the mutual restraint surfaces. Therefore, the design of the flow channel for metal plastic deformation must break through the metal dead zone. Based on our accumulated experience data, the minimum base thickness is ≥ 7.5% of the circumscribed circle diameter of the product.
    According to the metal dead zone theory; The empirical value of the minimum base thickness =28*1.414*7.5%=3.0;

    The issue of minimum base thickness: The workpiece shown in the illustration is a metal flow mark formed when the bottom thickness of 2.5 does not break through the metal dead zone effectively. --------------- suggested base thickness 3.0, flow marks disappear
    Note: According to the metal dead zone theory; The empirical value of the minimum base thickness =28*1.414*7.5%=3.0: The base thickness of the workpiece in the above picture is 2.5, and there are flow marks on the surface.
