Surface Treatment and Corrosion Resistance: Products undergo Ultrasonic Surface Cleaning to ensure complete Degreasing and Oil Removal, eliminating issues like dark spots or blackening that could affect optical accuracy. Subsequent Surface Passivation or Surface Oxidation treatments enable the product to easily pass stringent testing requirements, including Salt Spray Testing for over 96 hours, meeting the long-term corrosion resistance needs of the automotive environment.
Density Assurance: The immense pressure during cold extrusion results in a Dense Microstructure, closing micro-defects in the raw material. This not only increases strength but also enhances the component's air tightness, providing optimal protection for the internal precision electronics.
