1.  High-Precision Single-Strike Forming: The product utilizes single-strike extrusion molding technology to achieve housings with zero draft angle, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and perfect alignment with lens modules for reliable clamping and positioning.
2.  Exceptional Structure and Performance: The structural design balances strength and lightweight requirements, meeting stringent customer demands for product heat dissipation and laser welding reliability. The integrated structural design (e.g., one-piece rear housing) enhances overall sealing and reliability.
3.  Full-Process Quality Assurance: The entire production process, from 3D modeling and design, Deform simulation and forming analysis, to precision CNC clamping and machining, is completed in-house. Post-processing includes ultrasonic surface cleaning, surface passivation, and surface oxidation, and is validated through salt spray testing to ensure durability.
4.  Material and Patents: Utilizing mature metal plastic forming technology, the related processes have been applied for Chinese patents for cold extrusion of vehicle camera housings.
