Core Technical Advantages
1. One-Step Cold Extrusion Forming
Utilizing single extrusion molding, the housing structure is highly integrated without draft angles. This reduces subsequent machining steps, improves material utilization, and enhances production efficiency.
2. High Precision and Consistency
Optimized through Deform simulation and 3D modeling design, combined with CNC precision clamping, dimensional tolerances are controlled within ±0.05 mm, meeting the strict assembly requirements of vehicle cameras.
3. Full In-House Production Process
From aluminum material processing and cold extrusion forming to surface ultrasonic cleaning, passivation treatment, salt spray testing, and oxidation treatment, the entire production process is completed in-house, ensuring traceability and quality stability.
4. Rigorous Environmental Validation
Passes salt spray tests (over 500 hours) and multiple automotive reliability tests, meeting IP6K9K sealing standards and suitable for complex conditions such as high temperature, vibration, and corrosion.
